Estate Interiors LLC is a Pennsylvania based "parent limited liability company" for Prism Tech Design (established in 1984) and Estate Interiors (established in 1988).


Founded by principal designer Sam Simkins, Prism Tech Design is an interior design/build firm specializing in commercial interiors and applications; while Estate Interiors focuses its design/build approach for the residential market. With over 20 years experience specializing in lighting design and installation, Simkins applies his technical skills and acute attention to detail throughout the firm's residential and commercial projects.

With offices in Philadelphia and Palm Beach, Estate Interiors LLC's project locations are as varied as its clients' tastes and personal design interests and styles. Up-to-the-minute product resourcing and technical applications provide the most creative and innovative design solutions for their clients. From initial inspiration through final installation, Estate Interiors LLC provides the highest level of interior design excellence and professionalism.

What is the "design/build philosophy"?
We regard the interior design process as an on-going and highly personal blending of the clients' ideas, dreams and desires with our technical and professional design skills and expertise. Through the design/build approach, we personally evaluate, develop, design, specify, purchase and install every element of the clients' design project. The client does not have the need to price materials, find contractors or installers, or rely on others to help interpret or build their dreams. Estate Interiors LLC facilitates all aspects of this detailed process; providing a professional, direct and clear communication between client and designer therefore ensuring that every element is executed exactly as intended.
